Platform

Build the engine once. Apply it across fields.

Different industries need different symbols, standards and reports, but they often share geometry, connectivity, calculations and data rules. The Great Eight platform direction is to reuse that foundation rather than reinvent it for every profession.

Real lab footage of the per-app install. Field packs are starter packs in testing; one-click setup from your account is not live yet.

Layer 1

Eight applications

CadCraft, BimCraft, ModelCraft, MarkupCraft, TakeoffCraft, CivilCraft, DetailCraft and PartCraft provide familiar specialist work surfaces.

Layer 2

Shared engineering functions

Proposed cross-discipline engines cover connectivity, fluid networks, motion, systems and other common mathematics. Each must earn trust through tests.

Layer 3

Field packs

A planned field pack would install a discipline’s symbols, templates, standards packs, calculators, lessons and example files into applicable apps.

Layer 4

Proof and delivery

A useful engineering project produces repeatable files, units, assumptions, tests and a reviewable change history. A beautiful screenshot is not sufficient.

In the apps

Architecture concept diagram: the eight apps along the bottom, fourteen shared engines marked built, in testing or planned in the middle, and five starter field packs on top, with colored dots for the apps each one names.
Architecture concept, not an app screenshot. Engine status is from the add-on catalogue; field packs are starter packs still in testing.

A concrete example

A fluid-network solver could serve plumbing, industrial piping, HVAC and site utilities with different standards, components and reporting rules. Shared numerical code does not remove the need for discipline validation.

Electrical and electronics add-ons

Add-ons for electrical and electronics work, with where each one stands today. The status comes from the add-on catalogue, so it changes when the add-on does.
