One model. Every plan, section and schedule.
BimCraft is building information modeling without the lock-in. Place walls, floors, roofs, doors and windows as parametric families on levels and grids, and every plan, section, elevation and schedule comes from that one model. Change a door type once and the plan, the elevation and the door schedule all agree. Sheets carry title blocks, clash checks run against linked consultant models, and the model goes out as IFC 4 so the rest of the team can open it.
If you model in Revit, BimCraft will feel familiar.
Planned for macOSWindowsLinuxWeb
Doors, windows, walls and casework are parametric families with type and instance parameters. Change them, copy them or build your own.
Plans, sections, elevations and 3D views are live cuts through the same model, not separate drawings to keep in step.
Door, window, room and quantity schedules read straight from the model and update as you edit.
Drop views onto sheets, number them, and plot the whole set with revisions tracked in the title block.
Several people in one model, with element borrowing and sync. It follows once the single-user core is solid.
IFC 4 import and export, so consultants on other tools can coordinate against your model and you can check clashes against theirs.
Drawn for this page to show what BimCraft is being built to do. They are concept drawings, not screenshots: there is no software to screenshot yet.
Level markers, floor build-ups and the roof, cut from the same model as the plans.
Walls, doors and room tags generated from the model rather than drawn line by line.
Every door in the model with its type, size and fire rating, kept in sync as the design moves.
Open formats in and out, so a drawing made in BimCraft never needs us to open it.

3D modeling for design
Fast push/pull modeling with groups, components, guides and inference snapping, for massing and early design.
Drawing review & markup
Open a PDF plan set, mark it up from a saved tool chest, compare revisions and run punch lists with the whole team.
Quantity takeoff & estimating
Calibrated linear, area and count takeoff from PDF plans, with assemblies, cost columns and quantities that export.
Civil & site design
Surfaces from points and breaklines, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading and pipe networks. LandXML in and out.
Steel & rebar detailing
Structural steel members and connections, rebar placement and bending schedules, shop drawings and NC files from one model.
Parametric parts & assemblies
Constrained sketches, feature history, assemblies with joints and drawings with GD&T. STEP in and out.
Tell us your role and the drawings you make, and you will hear first when BimCraft has a build to try.
