CadCraft
2D drafting & documentation
Command-line drafting with layers, blocks, dimensions and layouts that plot. Opens and saves DWG and DXF.
Civil & site design Planned
From survey points to finished grade.
CivilCraft turns survey points and breaklines into surfaces you can design on. Lay out horizontal alignments, cut profiles, build corridors from assemblies, grade pads and ponds, and route gravity pipe networks. Earthwork volumes come straight from the surfaces, and LandXML carries the data to and from surveyors and other tools.
If you design sites in Civil 3D, CivilCraft will speak your language.
Planned for macOSWindowsLinux
Build TIN surfaces from point files and breaklines, then show them as contours, slope arrows or elevation bands.
Horizontal alignments with curves and spirals, and profiles sampled from the surface with your design grade on top.
Sweep an assembly of lanes, curbs and side slopes along an alignment and get the finished surface back.
Grade pads, ponds and swales to a target slope or elevation, and watch cut and fill as you go.
Gravity storm and sanitary networks with structures, inverts and slopes that check themselves against your rules.
Exchange points, surfaces, alignments and pipe networks with surveyors and other tools through LandXML.
Drawn for this page to show what CivilCraft is being built to do. They are concept drawings, not screenshots: there is no software to screenshot yet.
Existing ground at 1 ft contours with a road centerline stationed every 100 ft.
Existing ground and design grade along the alignment, with the vertical curves labeled.
The assembly a corridor sweeps: lanes, curb and gutter, sidewalk and a 3:1 side slope.
Open formats in and out, so a drawing made in CivilCraft never needs us to open it.
