Suction anchor, 12 ft across and 30 ft long: a closed-top steel cylinder with an open skirt, stiffener rings along the wall, a padeye on the side with a shackle, an ROV panel with a vent valve and a hot-stab receptacle, and four lifting lugs on the top plate.
