CadCraft 0.7
All eight apps are 0.7: mesh modeling, materials, animation and a GPU path tracer in ModelCraft, a live view, three workspace layouts in every app, and CadCraft Studio that checks for its own updates.
All eight apps are now 0.7 in your browser, and CadCraft Studio 0.7 is the desktop download. Your files stay on your computer. Use the apps.
3D, for real
- ModelCraft models meshes as well as push/pull geometry: a Mesh workspace, modifiers, subdivision, UVs, sculpting and remeshing. It adds node materials, an Animate workspace with bones and physics, and a path tracer that runs on your graphics card, with a Render workspace and a render queue. What's new
- A real-time live view in ModelCraft and BimCraft, with scatter, panoramas, a tour and an offline viewer in ModelCraft.
- Your files land everywhere: every 3D app exports USD; ModelCraft, PartCraft and BimCraft open STEP; ModelCraft and PartCraft open .3dm.
In every app
- Pick your workspace. Settings › Global › Layout: the layout you know, a ribbon with a project browser, or a toolbox with an info box. Arrange your own and save whole setups as work environments.
- Tools for your own AI assistant (the apps contain no AI), unit lists, a Compact layout, dialogs that move, and Português (Portugal).
App by app
- CadCraft: PDF underlays and PDF import, scanned drawings with a trace, real splines, a dimension style manager and much of the Discord list. What's new
- BimCraft: walls through several levels, walls from PDFs and scans, MEP equipment with ports and spools, daylight and loads. What's new
- TakeoffCraft: opens DWG and DXF and counts exactly from them. What's new

CadCraft Studio
Studio 0.7 checks for its own updates (Settings › Updates), once a day unless you turn it off; every update is signed with our key and checked before it installs. A portable Windows zip joins the installer. 0.7 is still not code-signed: signing and the app stores come in 0.8. Get CadCraft Studio
